QuestNet In-Voice Review by Belay Tefera
I have been using In-Voice for the last 4 years and I am going to use it for generations!
I learnt everything I know about In-Voice from the web. I use trigger callback (almost everyday) as well as softphone, MIGs and Pirelli.
In terms of telecommunication, In-Voice helps me a lot to communicate with my family, friends and from my network abroad.
"In terms of networking I have a network in 25 countries (from USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa). I cannot be in all places at all times and it is not easy as a networker to manage a big organisation without communication. Because of In-Voice I have a very close and good relationship with my network leaders all over the world."
I have lot of personal experiences in relation to In-Voice I would like to share with others, here is just one of them:
"The country I live now has a conflict with one of the neighboring countries, which used to be our own country. A friend of mine is from this neighboring country. They used to live here, however, when the war started, his father and his two sisters were forced to go out from this country and now he is living with his mother, brother and two other sisters there."
One day I met him on the road and I asked him "How is your father in that country?"
He told me that "We only meet each other on e-mail, phone calls are not allowed."
I asked him "When was the last time you heard from your father?"
He says "Years ago."
I asked him "When did you last hear his voice?"
He started to cry and says "8 years ago when he was here."
I asked him "Do you have his contact number?"
He was surprised and says "Yes! I have."
Then I made a call back to In-Voice, then I received the call from London, then I called his father's country. The phone rang.......his father picked up and said "Hello!...Hello!...'
The son heard his father's voice after 8 years.
They cried for long hours until they finished my In-Voice credit.
That night around 11:00 pm all his family (his mom, sisters, brother and him) came to my house and asked me: "Please, we want to talk to our father."
I said "Ok." All of them spoke to their father and they cried happily together."
